McGwire Comes Clean
It took a while but Mark McGwire finally came clean about steroids. After years of denial and avoiding the questions he admitted to using them for about 10 years during his career. Then he ruined it! Ruined is admission!
McGwire claimed he “only” took steroids to be healthy and feel better and not for strength. Oh, and he went on to say they didn’t make him a better hitter. So, he was hitting 580 foot homers before he took steroids? Oh, and that’s why he was choked up nearly in tears? Because he felt guilty about feeling better? Please!!! Who does he think he’s kidding? The only person he’s fooling is himself or the diehard Cardinal fan who’s prepared to believe anything their beloved slugger says.
Mark McGwire cheated, period. And he knows it…
